A session on “Prevention of high-risk behaviours and achieving socially significant outcomes” was organized by the Health and Social Welfare Committee of the Student Nurse’s Association, Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE, Manipal, on January 29, 2024, from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. for the fifth semester BSc Nursing students. Mr. Renjulal Yesodharan, Assistant Professor-Senior Scale, Department of Psychiatric (Mental Health) Nursing, Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE, was the resource person. The session focused on common types of high-risk behaviours, prevention of high-risk behaviours and how to attain significant outcomes. Students found the session highly informative and showed great engagement and participation. Around 97 students attended the session. The session contributes to SDG 3: Good health and well-being.
