International Day Against Drug Abuse 2025

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), in collaboration with Kamala Baliga Charitable Trust, Mumbai, Dr A V Baliga Memorial Hospital, Udupi, Udupi District Police, and the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka, Udupi District, is set to observe the International Day Against Drug Abuse on June 26, 2025 with the theme “Breaking the Chains: Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery for All, " the purpose is to raise awareness about drug abuse, promote prevention and highlight the importance of treatment and recovery support for affected individuals.
