MAHE Congratulates the Winners of UK-India HealthTech Accelerator 2026

Manipal, August 28, 2026: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, congratulates the six winning companies of the 4th UK-India HealthTech Accelerator 2026. The accelerator programme was hosted by MAHE in collaboration with the British High Commission, Healthcare UK, the UK Department for Business and Trade, and the Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster (BCKIC) last month.
The program was conducted from July 22-24, 2026, at the Manipal campus. The accelerator convened Indian health-tech innovators and UK experts to promote collaboration, strengthen market access and accelerate the adoption of innovative healthcare solutions. The initiative aims to achieve greater significance with the implementation of the UK-India Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), which is expected to create new opportunities for businesses, innovation and cross-border collaboration between the two countries.
The six winning companies are:
· Azooka Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru;
· Bioscan Research Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad
· Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Dozee), Bengaluru;
· EZERX Health Tech Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar;
· OrthoHeal Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara;
· TatvaCare, Ahmedabad.
The winners were recognised at the UK-India HealthTech Accelerator Awards Ceremony, held on August 27, 2026, at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru. Representing MAHE, Dr Sharath K. Rao, Vice Chancellor, MAHE, joined senior representatives of the UK Government and British diplomatic missions to honour the achievements of the participating companies.
The UK-India HealthTech Accelerator provides a platform for Indian health-tech enterprises to engage with the UK healthcare ecosystem, understand emerging market opportunities, and build partnerships to scale innovative healthcare solutions. As the host institution, MAHE continues to strengthen India-UK collaboration in healthcare innovation and technology.
