The prestigious 12th "MAHE - Dr A Padma Rao Memorial Oration” will be held on July 30th, 2023; this annual event will be organised to honour the memory and contributions of Dr A Padma Rao, Dr Padmaraj Hegde, Dean, KMC Manipal, will deliver the welcome address and will be attended by a host of dignitaries.
