The 78th Independence Day will be celebrated at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal; the event will be graced by Dr H.S. Ballal, Pro Chancellor MAHE, and Lt Gen Dr M. D. Venkatesh, Vice Chancellor, MAHE, will be the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, respectively, for the function.
