Adjunct faculty visit

To promote excellence in education and research, and to facilitate broader and profound interactions with other universities, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal proposes to create pool of eminent faculties as adjunct faculties.

One such adjunct faculty, Dr Amitha Ranauta, Reader in Professionalism Education, Institute of Dentistry, QMUL, University of London visited the department of Public Health Dentistry between 9^th March 2022 and 17^th March 2022. She delivered lectures on Professionalism  and Reflective Practice on 9th March and 15th March 2022.

Field visits to satellite centers at Kaup and Dr TMA Pai Hospital were also scheduled during her visit. Her extensive academic and hands-on experience had a significance influence on student’s learning.
