MIT Manipal Hosts Synchron’25: From Signals to Solutions

MIT Manipal successfully hosted Synchron’25 – From Signals to Solutions, one of its largest in-house project competitions, at the Library Auditorium. The event witnessed the participation of over 300 student innovators across 77 teams, who showcased a range of cutting-edge projects.
Dr. Shankar Venugopal, Vice President of Mahindra & Mahindra, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Sujata Guha, Director of Sankara Nethralaya, served as the Guest of Honour. Dr. Chandrakala C. B., Joint Director of MIT Manipal, presided over the inaugural function.
The event featured a Project Expo, Panel Discussion, Unveiling of Major Student Projects, and a Lecture Series. Eminent speakers included Mr. Kuna Kishore from Honeywell Industrial Automation and Dr. Rajib Bandyopadhyay from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Covering domains such as Smart Healthcare, Agritech, Automotive, IoT, and Sustainable Energy, Synchron’25 underscored MIT Manipal’s commitment to developing smart, sensor-driven, and sustainable technologies for real-world applications.
