The recent “Taste of Tulunadu” lunch service at WGSHA provided our students with an opportunity to take their learning beyond the classroom and experience the complete process of planning, preparing and presenting a regional culinary experience.

Experiences like these help students understand that hospitality education is not limited to theory. It is about learning by doing, working as a team, understanding cultural heritage, and creating meaningful experiences for guests.
