Department of Respiratory Therapy SOAHS Manipal celebrates Respiratory Care Week 2014

Respiratory Care Week 2014 was celebrated by the Department of Respiratory therapy with splendor and glory from 27th October to 3rd November 2014. The RC week started with quiz competitions for the final year RT students & postgraduates and on 28th another quiz competitions event took place for the first year, second year & Oman bridge students. The RT care week cultural events took place on 29th of October and there were poster competitions on the topic Breath of Life. The Respiratory Care Week valedictory function took place on 3rd of November where Dean of SOAHS, Dr. B. Rajashekhar was the chief Geust and Dr Ramkumar Venkateswaran, Professor and former HOD of Respiratory Therapy and Anaesthesiology was the guest of honour. Prizes were distributed to the winners and Dr Anitha Shenoy, Head of Anaesthesiology and Dr Sabu K.M, Associate Dean also graced the occasion. Saumy Johnson, HOD of Respiratory Therapy delivered Welcome address and Praveen Jacob, Organizing secretary thanked all.
