Focus

The course focuses on subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Probabilistic Graphical Models, Statistical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Explainable AI (XAI), and Convex Optimization; there is a wide range of electives related to their domain to prepare the graduates in relevant fields.

 

Career Prospects

Students would be able to apply the knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Science to solve problems in predictive and decision support systems and pursue multi-disciplinary research. Graduates of this program have scope in multiple roles such as AI Developer, AI Engineer, Machine Learning Scientist, Decision Scientist, and Data Scientist. In addition, they are eligible for Public Sector Units like ISRO labs, DRDO, and CSIR labs. They are skilled enough to undertake research in India and abroad.
