Internal Quality Auditor Training Program

The Department of Quality and Compliance, MAHE Bengaluru, organized a three-day Internal Quality Auditor Training Program in collaboration with Suprabha Quality Solutions, Bengaluru. The workshop was designed to equip IQAC coordinators and administrative staff with the knowledge and skills required to conduct effective internal quality audits in line with institutional, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Mr. Srinivasa Bhargava, CEO of Suprabha Quality Solutions, served as the resource person for the program. A total of 26 participants attended the sessions, which focused on ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) frameworks.

The workshop featured interactive discussions, practical demonstrations, and mock audit exercises, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting. Key topics included auditor roles and responsibilities, ethical conduct, and integration of sustainability and quality management practices in higher education.

The sessions were highly engaging, reflecting the participants’ enthusiasm for continuous improvement; an ethos deeply embedded in MAHE’s institutional culture.

2) Improved competence in conducting internal audits within academic and administrative units

3) Reinforced awareness of the importance of structured quality and sustainability practices
