MAHE accepts BBA LLB (Hons.) applicants under the Indian / Domestic (General) or Foreign / NRI category (International), on fulfilling the eligibility requirements. All admissions are merit-based. Candidates are shortlisted through a personal interview conducted by a panel consisting of faculty members and subject experts.
To qualify for the BBA LLB (Hons.) programme, applicants must meet the requirements listed below.
For Indian Board:
The candidate must have passed Grade 12 or its equivalent (HSC / ISC / CBSE / State Boards) in any stream (Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Sciences, or Management) with a minimum score of 50% from a recognised board in India.
IB curriculum:
IB Diploma or IB Certificate with 3 subjects at HL and 3 subjects at SL, with a minimum overall score of 24 points
Minimum points required in a subject are 3 or above
A-Level:
Minimum 3 subjects at A Levels and 5 passes in GCE, including English
An average grade of ‘D’ or above
Candidates writing the Grade 12 examinations in the academic year 2025-2026 will be given provisional admission on the condition that they obtain a minimum 50% score.

MLS mandates 8 weeks of internships each academic year, with 4 weeks being compulsory, totalling 20 weeks across the five-year programme.
