Semiconductor device fabrication and characterization. Thin-film deposition and interface engineering. Metal oxide and III–V semiconductors. 2D materials (e.g., MoS₂, ReS₂) for optoelectronic and energy devices. High-k dielectric materials for advanced transistors and capacitors. Phase-change materials (PCMs) for memory and photonic applications.
Area of Research
Atomic layer deposition (ALD) and physical vapor deposition (PLD, sputtering) of oxide, nitride, and chalcogenide thin films. Hybrid high-k dielectric engineering (Al₂O₃, HfO₂, ZrO₂-based) forOxide TFTs. Phase-change materials (GeTe, GeSbTe and GeSbSeTe etc.,) for non-volatile memory and photonic switching. 2D semiconductor thin films (MoS₂, ReS₂) for Next generation Electronic Device and Memristors Applications. Polymer–oxide hybrid layers for flexible and low-temperature electronic devices.
