Mr. Supratim Chakraborty, Partner at Khaitan & Co., conducted an invited workshop on the topic of “Mergers and Acquisitions – How to Run a Deal From a Legal Perspective”. The workshop aimed at deciphering the practical aspects of mergers and acquisitions from a legal perspective, in order to shape young law students as budding corporate lawyers.
