The Corporate Engagement & Placement Cell organised a guest lecture on “Interpretation of Contracts”, providing students with a practical understanding of contractual interpretation and its significance in commercial practice.

The session was delivered by Mr. Ashok Venkateshmurthy, Partner, Allied Law, who shared valuable professional insights into interpreting contractual terms, the importance of precision in drafting, and the role of language and context in resolving commercial disputes.
