Exclusive Design Workshop

The Department of Design, Manipal School of Architecture and Planning (MSAP), conducted an “Exclusive Design Workshop” on 11th April 2026 for prospective students who had applied to undergraduate programs, including B.Des Interior Design and B.Des Fashion Design.
The workshop featured a three-hour hands-on bottle modelling session held at UGF 21, providing participants with an engaging introduction to creative making processes and design thinking. All materials required for the activity were sourced and provided by the department, ensuring an inclusive and well-supported learning environment.
Organised as part of the admissions engagement initiative, the workshop offered applicants an opportunity to experience studio-based learning, interact with faculty, and gain insight into the pedagogy and facilities at MSAP. The event successfully fostered creativity, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of design education
