A Media & Mass Communication educator with over 17 years' experience in academics. Is instrumental in establishing Media and humanities courses at prestigious colleges and developing the same into reputable institutions. Has worked as project lead for a UGC-sponsored project. Has presented research papers at several national and international conferences and has published papers in journals of repute. Currently the South India Lead for a Global Journalism Trauma Literacy Project - JETREG. Trainer with Google News Initiative India Training Network and DataLEADS (Batch of 2022). Trainer with BBC Young Reporter India – delivering workshops created by BBC News, Internews and DataLEADS (Batch of 2021). As a Media Literacy Trainer, she has delivered several guest lectures and conducted workshops. As an academic expert, is a member of the Board of Studies and Board of Examination in several prestigious colleges and Universities.
