On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, Manipal Institute of Communication honoured its faculty and mentors on 5th September 2025 at the MIC Auditorium. The celebration began with an invocation prayer, followed by a graceful classical dance performance by Malvika Rajat Tamhane from BAMC. Pallavi and Mitali then enchanted the audience with a classical song accompanied by the veena.

The Yell club delivered a stirring spoken-word piece dedicated to teachers, while the Film Club expressed gratitude to their mentors for guiding their creative journeys. Adding a musical touch, MIC’s music club, UNPLGD, performed a series of songs that included personal favourites of the faculty. In a heartfelt gesture, they invited faculty members to join in and sing along to their chosen songs, creating a warm and memorable close to the celebration.
