IEEE Computer Society India Symposium 2025

IEEE Computer Society India Symposium 2025 is successfully hosted at Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru in association with IEEE Computer Society Bangalore Chapter and Department of CSE MIT Blr, on April 26th and 27th.  This year’s theme, “AI for Good: Ethical Innovation in the Age of Intelligence,” highlighted the role of responsible AI in shaping the future. The inaugural function featured Mr. Eric Berkowitz, Marketing Strategist for Membership Development at IEEE-CS, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Sunil Kumar Vuppala, Chair of the IEEE-CS Bangalore Chapter, as the Guest of Honour.
The symposium witnessed the participation of several distinguished guests, including Dr. Prashant Mishra, Dr. Chengappa, Mr. Dilip Kumar, Mr. Shivam, Mr. Utkarsh Siddhart, Dr. Parkavi, and Mr. Amar Naik, who contributed their insights during the panel discussions. The event attracted over 130 enthusiastic delegates from across India, fostering vibrant discussions and knowledge sharing.
The entire event was meticulously planned and coordinated by Dr. Shaleen Bhatnagar, Faculty Advisor of IEEE-CS MIT-BLR, in collaboration with the dedicated student office bearers and volunteers.
