Manipal College of Medical Sciences (MCOMS), Nepal was established in 1994. The institute is a result of collaboration between Manipal Group and the Government of Nepal. It is affiliated to the Kathmandu University and is recognized across the world, for its high standards of excellence. MCOMS is the preferred institute for students across the globe.
MCOMS has been accorded recognition by the Medical Councils of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Mauritius, besides the California Medical Boards, New York State Medical Board, British Columbia and Ontario Student Assistance Programmes (BCSAP & OSAP), Canada. The college is listed in the 7th edition of the WHO’s world directory of accredited medical schools and the International Medical Education Directory of Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) which holds the United States Medical Licensing Exam.
MCOMS has a multi cultural student base with students hailing from India, SriLanka, Maldives, Singapore, Middle East, Kenya, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, United States & Canada.
Special Scholarships: MCOMS also provides special scholarships and fee waivers to meritorious students from India, SAARC region and other Foreign countries.
