  • Mr Sahib Dayal Singh & Mr Akash Justin, Students, II Year, Presented a Paper on “Understanding Investors Confidence in Emerging Markets: Post Sub Prime Crisis” at theInternational Conference on “Emerging Markets and Issues in Management” organized by VIT Business School of VIT University, Vellore, during the month March 2012.
  • Ms Anusudha Chaurasia, Student, II Year, Presented a Paper on “Emerging New Realities in this Victimized World” at the International Conference on “Emerging Markets and Issues in Management” organized by VIT Business School of VIT University, Vellore, during the month March 2012.
  • Anant Bhushan, student of 3rd year - won the Best Paper Award for the Paper titled "Dynamic Environment of Electronic Services in Indian Banking Sector" at the National Conference on "Contemporary Issues in Banking" organized by Department of Commerce, Manipal University on Feb 15, 2011 
  • Two of our students Mr. Priyank Tiwari and Mr. Parithosh Gour completed Equity Derivatives – A beginners module with 80% & 71& respectively.
  • Two of our students Mr. Priyank Tiwari and Mr. Parithosh Gour has completed Investments Analysis & Portfolio Management Module with 90.56 %& 72.25 % respectively
  • One of our students Mr. Priyank Tiwari has completed AMFI-Advisory Module with the percentage of 61.25%. 
  • In Sports, our students had qualified the Semi-Finals in the Inter-Collegiate University level Basket Ball competition during 2008.
  • One of our student Rahul Fofalia, has secured 90% marks in Financial markets : Basic module, Securities market: Beginners Module by NCFM-NSE’s Certification on Financial Markets.
  • In  HOPE 2008, organised by Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, a constituent college of our University, the BBM [e-Banking & Finance] students have won First Prize for “Fashion Show”, depicting their talents showing that Banking & Finance students are also aware of the mind and the body.
  • The Department of Commerce emerged as the runners-up in the Management Fest which has a participation of 11 other Institutions.   The lone prize in the event – Corporate King (Best Manager) was bagged by our student and the first prize in the event – The Apprentice (Marketing) was also bagged by our student.
