Hostel Rules – Melaka Campus

1. In view of concerns for safety, security and discipline among students it is mandatory for all Semester 6 & 7 students to stay in the hostel.
2. The hostel fee is to be paid before commencement of each semester.
3. The Schedule of hostel facilities fee/deposit is as follows:
   Hostel Facilities Fee per semester/ half yearly - RM 1,800.00
   Refundable Hostel Deposit - RM 600.00*
   * Hostel Deposit of RM 600/- is refunded upon vacating the hostel and submitting a “No Dues” certificate.
4. No student is allowed to vacate the hostel in the middle of the semester.
5. Students who do not complete their studies within the regular period stipulated for the course may be provided accommodation based on availability of hostel rooms.
6. Additional hostel fee will be charged for any extended stay at the rate of RM 300/- per month.
