This subject is taught in the second year. It teaches the basics of accounting and the technical aspects required for the hospitality industry.

Objective of the course: It familiarises students with basic knowledge of statistics for data compilation and the use of statistical techniques for analysis of business situations.

Dynamics Of Human Resource:
It teaches the application of Behavioural Science like Psychology, Human Relations Management to be used in the managing of personnel in the Hospitality Industry. Applied Behavioural Science is being taught in the third year.
Management Of Human Resources:
Human Resource Management in the fourth year builds on the basics of Applied Behavioural Science (of the third year) to develop the vital human resources required for the proper functioning of the industry.
