Withdrawal:
Students wishing to withdraw from KMCIC program must obtain an official Withdrawal/ No Dues Form and return it with appropriate signatures to the Admissions Office. Once all the financial obligations to KMCIC are cleared, the official/ original documents submitted by the student will be returned.
Refund:
Students who withdraw from the course will be credited with the following:
Prior to commencement of classes: 100% after the deduction of Administration/ Other Fee.
During the first 60% of the semester: Tuition fee is prorated.
After the first 60% of the semester: KMCIC retains full tuition & other fees.
Failed Courses:
Students must repeat failed courses. Fee will be charged for repeating
Inter College Transfer:
Students wishing to transfer from KMCIC to AUA Medical College, Antigua must submit an application for transfer to the KMCIC Dean.
This request will be forwarded to the Dean at AUA-KMC for processing. Students will have to fill out the Withdrawal/ No Dues Form and clear all financial obligations to KMCIC before being relieved.
Transfer Credit/ Advanced Standing:
Students who have taken medical courses at other recognized medical schools may be eligible for transfer credit. Requests will be evaluated on individual basis.
