- Requests or demands for sexual favors, either explicitly or implicitly, in return for employment, promotion, examination, or evaluation.
- Sexually colored remarks, jokes, letters, phone calls, text messages, emails, gestures, or forcefully flaunting pornography.
- Lurid stares, physical contact or molestation, stalking, verbal or non-verbal communications that are offensive to individual sensibilities and can cause psychological distress.
- Any act or conduct that creates a hostile or intimidating environment for an employee or student belonging to the opposite sex.
