Simulation Centre
The Simulation Centre at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal is a multidisciplinary training facility that supports healthcare education through simulation-based learning and is a recognized centre of the American Heart Association.

Learning
The centre allows students and healthcare professionals to learn, rehearse, and perfect patient care in a safe, realistic environment. Training focuses on clinical skills, teamwork, communication, and decision-making, aligned with medical curricula and institutional goals.
- The Medical Simulation Centre provides close-to-realistic clinical experiences where theoretical knowledge is supported by hands-on practice.
- Students from Medical, Dental, Nursing, and Allied Health colleges under MAHE are trained at the Centre. Select training programs are also offered to university employees, police personnel, firefighters, ambulance drivers, and the general public.
- The centre is equipped with more than 100 training manikins, ranging from simple task trainers to advanced computer-based simulators such as SimMan™.
