Qualification

Completed 10+2 / A Level / IB / American 12th or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical  vocational subject as optional. Students must also have a minimum average of 50% marks in Physics,  Mathematics, and one of the optional subjects taken together.

General 

Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal Entrance Test - MET 2020.

Foreign/ NRI 

Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. 

Note: Candidates can apply both under General and Foreign/NRI categories. Change of category from Foreign/NRI to General after admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) is involved in constructive inter-disciplinary research projects in collaboration with several organizations such as
