Shivangi Banerjee

Shivangi Banerjee holds dual Master’s degrees – an M.A. in Criminology (with specialization in Forensic Psychology) from NICFS - NFSU, Delhi Campus, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for Excellence, and an M.A. in Psychology where she specialized in OB & HRD. She also holds a PG Diploma in Victimology, Victim Assistance, and Criminal Justice System from World Society of Victimology & NFSU, Gandhinagar. Her professional experience includes working with Children in Conflict with the Law and in the field of child sex trafficking – raid & rescue. Her research and academic interests include juvenile delinquency, victimology, criminal justice system, recidivism, and crimes against women and children. She is driven by a passion to understand crime and criminal behaviour, support justice, and create meaningful social impact through research, teaching, and practice.
