Faculty members from the Manipal Institute of Virology (MIV), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), successfully completed specialised Biosafety Level-3 (BSL-3) training at the National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune.

The training provided participants with advanced exposure to high-containment laboratory practices, biosafety principles, risk assessment, and safe handling of infectious disease agents.
