MIT Manipal to Welcome New Students at International Dual Degree Induction Program 2026

The Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal, is to host the International Dual Degree Induction Program – 2026 on 16 July 2026 to welcome newly admitted students and their parents to the 2+2 International Dual Degree Program. The programme, scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Library Auditorium, is designed to introduce students to the academic structure, international learning opportunities, and support services available through the dual degree programme.

The event will be graced by Dr. Karunakar A. Kotegar, Pro Vice Chancellor (Technology & Science), MAHE, as the Chief Guest. Ms. Michelle Wade, Commissioner – South Asia, Global Victoria, Government of Victoria, Australia, and Ms. Pooja Iyer, Director – Trade and Investment (Education), South Asia, Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), will attend as the Guests of Honour.

Following the inaugural session, students and their parents will participate in induction sessions conducted by partner universities, including the Australian National University, Deakin University, Monash University, and Macquarie University. The sessions will enable participants to interact with representatives from MIT Manipal and the partner institutions, who will provide insights into academics, student life, campus support services, and the overall experience of studying at the international campuses
