Manipal Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts (MISHA), MAHE, is a multidisciplinary hub for creative and collaborative education and research in the humanities and social sciences. MISHA encourages you to examine contemporary social and global challenges through intersecting domains such as economics, languages, literary studies, geopolitics, history, philosophy, psychology and sociology. Our learning environment combines critical inquiry, research engagement and cross-cultural understanding to help you develop strong communication and analytical skills. Through immersive learning experiences and study-abroad opportunities, we prepare you for diverse careers across academia, public policy, international affairs, media, research, publishing, and social and corporate sectors.
International Collaborations
At MISHA, students are highly encouraged to pursue a part of their academic journey, either through a semester exchange or a year abroad at reputed international universities. Students benefit from full or partial scholarships at international partner universities through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
