Engaged as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Delivers lectures in Pharmaceutical Chemistry to B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm. D students, integrating theoretical foundations with problem-based learning methodologies. Sets comprehensive question papers, supervises theory examinations, and conducts practical assessments with emphasis on analytical precision. Develops high-quality study modules and oversees laboratory sessions to strengthen hands-on competencies. Encourages collaborative group learning and clinical reasoning through problem-based case discussions.

Organizes and conducts workshops and conferences, fostering academic exchange at departmental and institutional levels. Guides postgraduate students in their research endeavors, including thesis work and seminar presentations. Engages in research focused on novel drug design and analytical method development, and continuously advances professional knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops, and conferences at national and state levels.

Serves as a mentor and academic advisor to undergraduate students, supporting their learning beyond the classroom. Guides undergraduate students in short-term research projects and case presentations. Remains actively involved in all departmental and institutional academic activities, contributing to a vibrant and collaborative educational environment.
