Dr Yogendra Nayak

Teaches and mentors undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students in Pharmacy and Pharmacology with emphasis on conceptual understanding, research orientation, and ethical scientific practices. Conducts theory and practical classes, prepares academic assessments, and actively participates in curriculum development, academic evaluation, and institutional responsibilities. Guides students in dissertations, review articles, seminars, journal clubs, and research publications.

Actively involved in interdisciplinary research focusing on zebrafish disease models, translational pharmacology, network pharmacology, computational drug discovery, toxicology, and scientometric research. Collaborates with researchers across pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, engineering, and allied health sciences for funded research projects and scientific publications.

Contributes to research communication and scholarly activities through manuscript reviewing, editorial responsibilities, conference organization, workshops, faculty development programs, and student research training. Regularly updates professional knowledge by participating in national and international conferences, workshops, and continuing academic activities.
