As the subject incharge for Pharmaceutical Microbiology for PharmD second year students, I am responsible for planning and delivering the course in alignment with the academic curriculum. This includes conducting lectures, practical sessions, assessments, and continuous academic mentoring. I focus on helping students develop a strong understanding of microbiological principles and their pharmaceutical applications. Emphasis is also placed on encouraging analytical thinking and practical laboratory skills.

As the Seminar coordinator for MPharm Part I, Second Semester, I oversee the planning and smooth conduct of student seminar activities. The responsibility includes guiding students in topic selection, presentation preparation, and scientific communication skills. I coordinate seminar schedules, evaluations, and interactions with faculty members to ensure effective academic engagement. This role helps promote research orientation, confidence, and presentation skills among postgraduate students.

As the Coordinator of the Training and Placement Assistance Cell (TAPAC), I actively facilitate industry interactions, internship opportunities, and placement activities for students across various pharmacy programs. I coordinate with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations to strengthen academic–industry collaboration. The role also involves organizing career guidance sessions, recruitment drives, and professional development activities. Through these initiatives, I aim to enhance student employability and industry readiness.
