Encourages interactive and experiential learning through practical demonstrations, and case-based teaching methods for undergraduate hospitality students. Conducts demonstrations in fine dining service, gueridon service, beverage service, and service recovery, enhancing students’ operational and customer service competencies. Possesses industry exposure through cross-exposure training in the hotel sector, and integrates practical insights from multiple departments into classroom teaching.

Teaches F & B Management for Bachelor of Hotel Management and Management Principles & Practices to students of B.Sc. in Hospitality and Services Management, linking theoretical concepts with real-world hospitality applications. Actively involved in setting question papers, invigilating examinations, and conducting practical assessments in Food & Beverage Service. Guides undergraduate students in short-term research projects, case presentations, and assignments to develop their analytical and managerial skills.

Continuously engages in professional development through participation in workshops, conferences, and training programs, staying updated with current trends in hospitality and management. Serves as a mentor and teacher guardian, providing academic and personal guidance to students. Actively contributes to departmental and institutional academic activities, supporting curriculum delivery and overall student development.
