Encouraged students to use management theory, concepts, frameworks and models to apply them in real-life situations and to observe where they can be easily implemented and where they are difficult to implement. Strategic management and finance are the core areas of my teaching and research. I have published in top-tier journals, and my research also appears in edited books.
The interactions I had during the London conferences have helped me understand different viewpoints on a topic and how to synthesise knowledge.

I am interested in developing management cases on real organisations. I strongly believe that such an approach helps one gain more knowledge than theoretical sessions in a classroom setting.
