As Vice Principal and Research Coordinator at the Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), Manipal, I provide strategic academic leadership to enhance teaching, research, and institutional excellence. My responsibilities include supporting academic planning, curriculum implementation, faculty development, and quality assurance initiatives. I coordinate research activities, promote interdisciplinary collaborations, facilitate grant applications, monitor research outcomes, and encourage high-quality publications and innovation. I also oversee PhD scholars activities and their progress.

Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students and gives my best to help them outside the classrooms. Guide the undergraduate students in their short term research projects. Guide the undergraduate in their conference presentations. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities.
