Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Engaged in teaching and training postgraduate students in Psychiatric Social Work, MD in Psychiatry Junior Residents, and MBBS students, Occupational therapy students in the domains of mental health, psychosocial assessment, family dynamics assessments and psychosocial intervention. Also, Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars.
Does research in the field of community psychiatry and social cognition in persons with schizophrenia, and updates my knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops and conferences at national and state levels.
