I. Administration; Assist the Dean in overall administration and institutional governance; Ensure implementation of institutional policies, rules, and regulations. Supervise faculty, administrative, and support staff; Participate in recruitment, selection, and retention of staff and students; Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure management. Ensure discipline and smooth functioning of the college; Coordinate with departments and maintain effective communication; Support accreditation and regulatory compliance processes. II. Academics; Ensure implementation of the course plan and teach assigned subjects; Maintain academic records, attendance, and internal assessment marks accurately.

Conduct examinations and prepare internal assessment scores on time; Provide individualized attention and academic guidance to students; Deliver both classroom and clinical teaching effectively. Ensure adherence to university and regulatory (INC) guidelines; Oversee curriculum implementation and periodic revision; Monitor student performance and academic progression. Promote student discipline and academic integrity; Update professional knowledge; III. Research and Collaborations. Guide students in research activities; Apply for research grants; Publish articles in high-impact (high-quartile) journals.

Participate in research and innovation initiatives; Engage with faculty from other universities for academic collaborations and teaching-learning activities; V. Alumni Relations. Stay updated on alumni activities; Coordinate alumni engagement with the alumni coordinator. Encourage alumni participation in institutional development; Motivate alumni contributions to teaching-learning activities. Involve alumni in teaching, mentorship, and guest lectures; Support placement opportunities through alumni network.
