Dr. Suranjan Shil

I am a computational chemist whose research focuses on molecular magnetism, spintronics, two-dimensional materials, chirality-induced spin selectivity, machine-learning-based prediction of molecular properties, molecular qubits, and astrochemistry. In addition to conducting my own research, I supervise Ph.D. and master’s students in their thesis work, teach Ph.D.-level coursework, and mentor students enrolled in integrated M.Sc.–Ph.D. programmes.
