Teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in core Mechanical Engineering subjects. Encourages interactive and application-oriented learning methods in teaching. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations, and conducts laboratory and practical examinations. Guides postgraduate students in research activities and seminars, while mentoring undergraduate students in academic projects and case presentations.

Actively involved in research in the fields of advanced manufacturing technology, optimization techniques, and related areas of Mechanical Engineering. Continuously updates technical knowledge by attending workshops, faculty development programs, conferences, and seminars at national and state levels. Contributes to academic and research activities through publications, project guidance, and participation in technical discussions on emerging engineering technologies.

Serves as a teacher guardian for undergraduate students and provides academic mentoring beyond the classroom. Guides students in short-term research projects, technical paper presentations, and case presentations. Actively involved in departmental and institutional responsibilities as Department Examination Coordinator, Time Table Coordinator, Department Academic Coordinator, Proctored Learning Coordinator, and Institute ISO Auditor, contributing to academic administration and quality assurance activities.
