Encourages group learning and discussion, and implement innovative learning in small group teaching. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations for undergraduate and post graduate students. Teach MD students through different case discussion and realtime laboratory activities. Guides postgraduates in their research activities, seminars and journal clubs.

Helps postgraduate students in their thesis as guide and Co-guide. Does research in the field of various fields of Biochemistry and updates my knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops and conferences at national and state levels. I serve as Co-lab In-charge of Clinical Biochemsitry laboratory and does the overall supervision to provide quality service Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students and gives my best to help them outside the classrooms.

Guide the undergraduate students in their short term research projects. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities.
