Guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars. Is the coordinator for ophthalmology microsurgical skill and simulation training for postgraduate students. Mentor for pg thesis as guide and coguide.

Does research in various fields of Ophthalmology including Neuroophthalmology, catatact surgery, medical education and simulation. Updates my knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops and conferences at national and international levels. Had presented papaers/ posters and had been faculty for talks and workshops in conferences.
