Delivers theory and practical instruction for undergraduate (B.Sc. Nursing) and postgraduate (M.Sc. Nursing/ Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care Nursing) programmes. Plans and implements lesson plans, clinical rotations, and skill-based learning. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations.

Guides postgraduates in their research activities. Utilizes evidence-based teaching strategies, simulation, and case-based learning. Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students and gives my best to help them outside the classrooms.

Guide the undergraduate students in their short term research projects. Guide the undergraduate in their case presentations. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities.
