Mr. Simant Seth

Mr. Simant Seth is a seasoned hospitality academician, trainer, and industry professional with over 17 years of experience spanning hospitality education, training and development, sales, guest relations, and student mentoring. Currently serving as Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) at Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Manipal, he is also actively pursuing doctoral research in Hospitality and Tourism Management. His teaching portfolio encompasses hospitality management, food and beverage service, soft skills, and business communication, with a strong emphasis on experiential and student-centric learning. Beyond the classroom, Mr. Seth serves as a dedicated teacher guardian, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students through academic, personal, and professional challenges — including short-term research projects and case presentations.

He champions collaborative pedagogical approaches and remains committed to fostering an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
