Encourages group learning and discussion for MBBS, MS Orthopaedics and MCh Paediatric Orthopaedic students. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations. Guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars.

Is a certified BLS & ACLS course provider for simulation center. Helps postgraduate students in their thesis as guide. Does research in the field of various fields of Orthopaedics and Paediatric Orthopaedics and updates my knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops and conferences at national and state levels.

Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate, post graduate and super speciality students and gives my best to help them outside the classrooms. Guide the undergraduate students in their short term research projects. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities.
