Dr. Shubha H S

I provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the institute, aiming for excellence in teaching, research, student development, and institutional growth. My responsibilities include academic planning, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, quality assurance, accreditation-related initiatives, and fostering collaborations with industry and academic partners. I oversee the effective implementation of institutional policies, support innovation in teaching and learning, and promote a vibrant academic environment that prepares students for the evolving media and communication landscape.

In addition, I actively engage in teaching, research, and scholarly activities. I guide and supervise research scholars in the areas of media and communication, supporting quality research and knowledge creation. Through Multimedia Resource Centre, I am involved in the conceptualization, production, and dissemination of a wide range of audio-visual content, including educational, promotional, and documentary productions, contributing to the institute’s outreach, visibility, and creative engagement initiatives.
