An enthusiastic and dedicated academician in Pharmacology with extensive experience in teaching MBBS students in both theory and practical aspects of the subject. Actively promotes interactive and group-based learning to enhance student engagement and understanding. Regularly involved in academic responsibilities including setting question papers, invigilation of theory examinations, and conducting practical and viva examinations.

Actively mentors MBBS, MD postgraduate students, MSc students, and PhD scholars in research methodology, thesis work, seminars, and scientific presentations. Guides undergraduate students in short-term research projects, case presentations, and academic activities, fostering early research orientation and critical thinking skills. Actively engaged in research involving animal experiments with drugs and herbal compounds, as well as clinical studies in the fields of lipidomics, metabolomics, oncology drug toxicity, and metabolic disorders such as diabetes. Research interests also include identification of biomarkers in psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia. Continuously updates professional knowledge through participation in CMEs, workshops, conferences, and academic forums at state and national levels, while actively contributing to various departmental and institutional academic activities.
