Dr Shanthi P B

As an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade), my current roles and responsibilities include providing continuous academic and personal support to students, mentoring and guiding them for academic excellence and career development, and encouraging active participation in co-curricular, extracurricular, research, and innovation activities. I regularly monitor student performance, attendance, and overall progress, while offering counselling and motivation to slow learners and students facing difficulties. I also support students in projects, internships, placements, higher studies, seminars, workshops, and professional activities. In addition, I strive to create a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment that promotes discipline, ethical values, teamwork, leadership qualities, communication skills, and holistic personality development among students.
