Currently working as a Lecturer at Manipal School of Nursing, involved in teaching diploma nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings. Responsible for planning and delivering nursing education using student-centered teaching methods to enhance theoretical knowledge and clinical competencies. Guiding nursing students in research-related academic work and project preparation, Participating in research discussions, seminars, workshops, continuous nursing education, staff welfare development and academic presentations. Serving as Class Coordinator for diploma nursing students, guiding students in organizing academic, cultural, sports and leadership.

Involved in mentoring and counselling students to promote professional development, teamwork, and leadership skills. Serving as Internal Examiner for theoretical and practical examinations in accordance with institutional and Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board guidelines. Appointed as External Examiner for examinations conducted under Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board. Participating in examination duties including paper valuation, practical assessment, invigilation, and academic evaluation processes.
